Lyocell Machine - Jinwei

This spinning machine is suitable for producing Lyocell fibers, spinning the sol of NMMO and cellulose into fibers according to the process requirements of this equipment.  Modular structure, each spinning machine is divided into 4 modules, each module is equipped with two reducers and a metering pump (dual 2 in 2 out) with 4 spinning spindle positions, for a total of 16 spinning spindle positions per machine. The reducer is connected to the metering pump through a universal joint, and each rectangular spinneret corresponds to an adjustable spinning bath. The rear of the spinneret is equipped with a side blowing device, and the front is equipped with an exhaust device. The adhesive components adopt a plate structure, and the adhesive channels of each component are uniform and consistent, with accompanying hot water channels to ensure uniform fiber forming.
